How are my hours used?

Services are billed in 15 minute increments. The amount of time still available for use is available to you any time, upon request.

What if I buy hours and then they are all used before my project is complete?

We will always be top of mind in giving you the best estimate of hours needed  to complete a requested project. Should there be a change order, or unexpected increase in hours needed, you will be informed right away. It is always your option to purchase more hours or cease work on a project. 

Are there any business tasks you don't do?

Yes. While we provide a long list of services, there are some tasks we will not undertake. We don't provide answering service, for instance. Because each business and circumstance is unique, the best way to find out if we do the service you need is to reach out via email or phone and ask! We are happy to discuss your needs!
